This is a fledgling idea that so far is mostly talk and little action as we’ve been focusing our time and resources on “10 turns to…”. However here’s a quick synopsis just to show we have more in the think tank.
You each play a film producer with a wad of cash. You buy film ideas off the reel and then use your money to hire the talent, the crew, the score and the props. Finally having reached the requirements of the film you pitch it with a title and finally claim the profits of its sale. BUT all those other players aren’t going to sit there and just let you gather the top names in film. You each have problem cards to play on other studios. Maybe the actor you’ve just hired is ill and can’t film? What if there’s a mix up at the sound studio and your epic score was replaced with the sounds of the sea? Or what if your crew are paid more money by another studio? You’ll just have to take a loss there’s no time to get even… Or is there?
A fast paced card game where the aim is to be the studio that makes the most money or simply the studio that survives the perils of the Film Industry.
